BRO adopts a multi-faceted approach to achieving its mission, including:

• Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth research to understand the root causes of youth unemployment, violence, and extremism in Somalia.
• Advocacy and Awareness: Advocating for policies and programs that support youth empowerment, peace-building, and conflict resolution.
• Capacity Building: Providing training and capacity-building programs for youth, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote peace and social cohesion.
• Community Engagement: Engaging with communities at the grassroots level to foster dialogue, promote tolerance, and address local concerns.
